📝 Terms of Service

— commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood provided below —

▌ General ⛅️
- I accept urgent work, can discuss first.
- For direct and faster communication, you can contact me via Discord directly. Or other my socials, I will reply as soon as possible.
- I reserve the right to decline the commission if I can't fulfill or I'm not comfortable with the request.
⊹ Commercial use ⊹ will be added to the final price
⸻ x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Twitch, Youtube, Vtuber branding).
⸻ x2.5 for merchandise purposes (e.g. stickers, prints, acrylic charms).
**Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.▌ Payment 💸
- Prices are in USD and payments via Payoneer or Ko-fi.
- The client must pay halves 50% of the total price or pay in full before starting work. for booking queue.
- Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting. If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund 100%.
- When the client confirms the work, pay 50% the remaining amount to receive the work file within 1 week.▌ Time ⏰
- I usually take from 3-5 days+/per piece to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity. Please be patient.▌ Process ✏️
- You will be updated with WIPs in 1. Sketch 2. Lineart 3. Render phases of the commission.
- Up to 3 minor revisions in each step. in sketch and render phase (e.g. face expression, clothes detail, accessory). After that, a fee will be charged 3$ for each revisions.
- If in the final update of the work the client wants to modify more than 20% of the work.(e.g. pose change, composition) Additional revisions/changes will be charged of 10$ per point.
- I advise the client to gather feedback (what do you want to edit) as much as you can while I send updates in each step. To make the work faster and come out satisfy.
- After submitting the work file. I will not accept additional edits to the work.▌ Submit work 📁
- Received files .PNG / .JPG / .GIF (Animation)
- The submission of work files will be mainly via Google Drive, Email The client can request to submit files via other platforms.
- When the file has been sent. I will only keep the files for 3 months and then permanently delete files from the drive and computer. Please download when you receive file work.▌ Copyright and Distribution of works ⚠️
- I, as the artist, hold all the copyright of my artwork.
- The client are not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit or sell it as NFT work, including AI training.
- I may live stream while working, post the commissioned artwork to my social media as portfolio or with advertising purposes (commission openings/examples). You can request to keep it private or to be uploaded in a later date. Please do let me know in your commission request.
